GATHER NECESSARY PAPERWORK
Can't wait to get started? Start gathering paperwork! Our ABA services require diagnostic paperwork and our mental health services prefer to have records for previous attempts to work on current areas of concern.
FREE PHONE CONSULTATION
The phone consultation will take about thirty minutes and review your needs and concerns. We will also ask about current services and previous attempts to work on current concerns. Next steps will be relayed during the call.
FUNDING SOURCES
HEALTH INSURANCE
We are in network with Aetna, Optum/Universal Health Care, CareSource, Cigna, Buckeye, Magellan, and Medical Mutual.
SCHOOL FUNDING
In select cases, school funding through your school district or an applicable Ohio scholarship program will fund services.
DISABILITY FUNDING
For our adult and respite program, we work with the Department of Developmental Disabiliites.
PRIVATE PAY AND GRANTS
If other funding sources are not available, we are highly knowledgable in finding grants and alternative funding. While we feel it should be a last resort, we will accept private pay.
